Bingo or Lottery is a game of chance where players mark the numbers printed on a previously bought cardboard ticket when these are announced by a caller who presides the game. These lots are drawn from a drawing machine or bag or whatever method that guarantees the numbers are randomly selected. Bingo allows participation of multiple players in a single game.
Winning combinations are line and bingo (all numbers in the ticket). Furthermore, the house may award one or more additional prizes from the pot.
In addition, gaming casinos may establish one or more progressive pots and associated prizes to those pots, in which case, the conditions for winning said prizes must be specifically determined, and informed to the public at all times, the same applies to the percentage of the Price of the card that assigned to said.
Each bingo ticket includes 15 different numbers, distributed in three horizontal lines of five numbers each and nine vertical columns, which may include three, two or one, but cannot be empty. These numbers are selected from a base of 90 consecutive numbers, from 1 to 90.
For the game to begin at least 10 bingo tickets or a 10% of the game positions have to participate, according to provisions established on the resolution that granted the operating license to the casino. In no event a bingo game can be conducted with less than 10 participants. In all, the casino may decide to initiate a game, with an inferior number of sold cards, this situation shall be informed at the beginning of the working day, and posted in full view of the public.
The maximum number of players at each table depends on the game positions reserved for bingo by the casino.
